Rotator Cuff Stretch

For a stretch that’s also known as the “sleeper stretch,” we don’t think you’ll be doing much sleeping while stretching your rotator cuff. Not to imply that this will hurt- because it won’t- but it’s a relatively complicated set of movements to get this right. Practice in short bursts, and only a few times a week. Your goal is to improve range of motion and success is measured in mere inches.
